Do Not Forget to Complete the Notifications Regarding Activity Information Form Until the End of May in accordance with the Foreign Direct Investments Law and the Regulation on the Implementation of the Foreign Direct Investment Law

As per the reporting obligations under the provisions of the Foreign Direct Investments Law (“Law”) and the Regulation on the Implementation of the Foreign Direct Investments Law (“Regulation”)

• Companies and branches within the scope of the Law are obliged to fill in the Activity Information Form for Foreign Direct Investments on the online platform called Electronic Incentive Practices and Foreign Capital System (“E-TUYS”) and complete relevant registration thereunder regarding their activities on an annual basis until the end of May each year;
• Liaison offices are also obliged to submit the Information Form about the Activities of Liaison Offices attached as an annex to the Regulation on their activities of the previous year and their attached documents to the Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Incentive Practices and Foreign Capital until the end of May each year. If liaison offices fail to send this form and attached documents, their requests for term extensions will not be considered. Also, their business permits can be revoked ex-officio.

In light of the above, we would like to remind you that such notifications should be made by the end of May 2022 for the year 2021.
